Tamra Dagnon

Tamra Dagnon is a Senior Business Analyst at the University of Wisconsin – Madison.  Prior to the UW, Tamra served as an IT Business Analyst at John Deere Financial (JDF) in Madison and Des Moines.  She holds one of the first 500 Certificates of Competency and Business Analysis™ (CCBA®) from the International Institute of Business Analysis™ (IIBA®).  With 12 years of experience as a BA, Tamra has lead project and requirements definition efforts on many projects, from the very small to extra-large, multi-year implementations.  She also has experience as a Project Manager and Test Lead and spent ten years prior to her IT career in a Marketing role.

Tamra was fortunate to spend five years as a proxy Product Owner on a John Deere Financial Scrum team that supported JDF’s Federally- and state-regulated crop insurance business line, where she became hooked on Agile.  She enjoys sharing her Agile experiences and insights with those who are interested in learning how to deftly respond to inevitable change versus following a set plan.
