Agile is the ability to create and respond to change in order to succeed in an uncertain and turbulent environment. – Agile Alliance
This Agile/Scrum Workshop provides an introduction to and foundational understanding of Agile project management with a deeper dive into the Scrum framework, so you can learn how to deliver fast, deliver often, and manage risks through frequent feedback, prioritization, and iteration. You’ll learn about Scrum team roles, artifacts, techniques, and ceremonies, and see examples of how Scrum is being implemented in a variety of technical and business environments across the UW. This hands-on workshop includes collaborative, engaging exercises embedded throughout, with a larger Scrum project simulation to bring it all together.
Lunch and refreshments included; please indicate any dietary restrictions.
