Organizations whose needs or interests in agile grow beyond one or two teams, who are newly embracing agile, or attempting to scale their agile adoption will benefit from the role of the agile coach. Agile coaches bridge various roles and take a strategic and long term view across multiple teams and projects to help organizations using agile get the most benefit from this work.
In this talk, Shawn will touch on ways agile coaches help teams, scrum leaders, product owners, executives, and other leaders in agile environments understand and perform their roles. He’ll also talk about ways agile coaches enable long term change so organizations successfully implement agile and see tangible and sustainable benefits.
