Where the Rubber Meets the Road: Putting Agile Principles into Development Practices – Paul Erickson
A lot of agile teams get together every two weeks or so, but developers make critical decisions about every fifteen minutes (according to Mary Poppendieck, author and coiner of “lean software development”). This is where teams have the most traction, which we can use to accelerate development—or bring it to a grinding halt. This semi-technical talk explores these decision points and offers some battle-tested practices that we can use in—or expect of—our development teams.
