May 2019 Agile Lunch & Learn: Theory of Constraints – A Practical Example

May 21, 2019 @ 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm

The Theory of Constraints: How Agile Teams Manage Bottlenecks – Tamra Dagnon

The Theory of Constraints states that the throughput of a system depends on exactly one constraint or bottleneck and THERE IS ALWAYS A BOTTLENECK! Learn how agile teams manage bottlenecks in a 40-minute, hands-on agile team simulation.  Afterwards, we’ll discuss how to apply lessons learned.

Since this is a hands-on exercise – please attend in person.  There may be challenges in making it work through a teleconference 🙂
